Hi All,
Learning Air Law currently, and I've noticed a few conflicts between various sources (that should be reliable).
For example - Rights of way on the ground
In my study book - AFE PPL Course Air Law - Printed 2016 it has:
1. Aircraft taking off and landing.
2. Vehicles towing aircraft
3. Aircraft
4. Vehicles
However, in the AFE Cockpit Companion (same year 2016) it has:
1. Aircraft landing and taking.
2. Aircraft
3. Vehicles towing aircraft
4. Vehicles
The SkyWay code matches the Cockpit companion - Aircraft have priority over Aircraft being towed.
PPLTutor though matches the study book - Aircraft being towed have priority over aircraft.
Similar conflicts exist for overtaking on the ground - some sources say either side, others left side only.
Is this going to be common in my studies - supposedly authoritative sources conflicting with each other?
