NPPL SLMG to SSEA differences training completed today. Solo in PA28. Paperwork to Turweston. That's my third first solo.

Surprised at how different a PA28 came across to me, a bit heavier and slightly faster but not excessively so. Interesting that today I felt that I was keeping up with it rather than rushing to catch up.

Not me personally, but some of you may know my good lady Sophie who works part time in the Aero Club at Old Buck and who has in the past also helped in the cafe and with refuelling. I'm absolutely thrilled that she went solo yesterday and like many of us, has now fulfilled a long standing dream :)

Thumbs up to Sophie - we can happily celebrate non-forum members as well :thumleft:

Spooky - well done on your QXC - but why a second QXC... have I missed a story here?
