I seem to remember a backward rotating spherical "airship" with a gondola suspended from its axis. Supposedly some form of heavy lift transport project.~60s Tomorrows World BBC.
How it is/was steered I know not, differential thrusters?
I thought Benoulli (spelling) was involved.
