The picture below (which on my computer is about twice actual size), shows a profile view of the failing rubber strip that seals my Bolkow Junior canopy.

I can't find it in the Bolkow parts manual. I suspect it is the same as was fitted to cars of the same vintage (mid 1960s). Lots of the parts of the a/c seem to have been taken from mass production cars.

There is huge choice of rubber sealing strips on google, but none look quite like this in profile.
Can anyone point me to a supplier please? Thanks v much.
Dodo.

As Bolkow was West German a look at seals used on VWs of that era is probably a good place to start......the vans in particular.

I've been using them for >30 years; very good to deal with. I still have a 30-year-old sales book showing accurate cross-sections; but I believe their website is just as good. :thumleft:

I last used them about 8 months ago for Slingsby canopy seals.
