Currently due to apron works you are supposed to call FBU at Guernsey to arrange parking. Apparently this is now done by ASG (01481263965) one of the handling agents and there is no charge for this.
Edit to add:
ASG are based on the Western Apron, you are met by a marshaller, and they will then refuel for you and park the aircraft afterwards! As promised no handling charge and £15 for the landing fee. With UL91 at £1.48 as well, a very pleasant experience. Parking free for 24 hours as well.
Electronic GAR doesn't work at GCI, but you fill the form in at ASG when you get there. When SkyDemon (iPad) files the flight plan, it doesn't include JER in the addresses. I called FBU at GCI and they added it for me.
Lots of info here, including whether PPR for the zone is in force. http://www.cicz.co.uk/index.php
We were planning on using the buses when we got there, but ended up hiring a car for the day £41 from Europcar all in not cheap, but not bad for turning up at the desk in the terminal!
