Based there. 1200M tarmac, landings from £10 fuel always competetive - avgas and avtur.

Fully licenced caff with cooked food. breakfast all day, panninis etc too. Good fairtrade coffee - lattes etc. Nearby pub,

Two flying schools, Blackbushe aviation in the caff building, Cabair in the Tower. PPR by telephone, customs.

http://www.eglk.com is the site users use, http://www.blackbusheairport.co.uk is the official site.

Very good LARS service in all directions from Blackbushe due to being adjacent to Farnborough. Farnborough handles IFR arrivals / departures for Blackbushe, and coordinates with London. Those people wishing to gain a service OCAS on departure from Blackbushe should squawk 0447 on takeoff, and until 2-way with Farnborough Radar 125.25

Weekend landings for twin engine great value at only £10 inc vat, not sure about singles but I believe could be only £5. Pastie n chips in the Bushe Cafe are yum yum.

Weekend Landing Fees for Singles went up from £5.00 to £7.50 towards the end of last year - still very good price for hard runway in the South-East.

Nope. PPR, all circuits to the south, read Pooleys. Caff is not at the tower but next to the "one way system" nearer the pumps and opposite visitor grass parking. You'll see it. The Polish breakfast is good.

The grass is a bit soggy.

First visit to Blackbushe yesterday and a good experience it was to, excellent Fiso who made sense of my ramblings and welcomed us on landing.

Bumped into Steve Morley on his way to Enstone, did you get there on time Steve?

All in all a good trip although only a short visit this time but will definately go again.

OK it's tasty, but it looks disgusting and there's not enough on the plate.
I stayed at a small B & B hotel in Szczecin a few years back and the smell of cabbage every morning was most prominent.
