This is a really friendly aerodrome just west of Bremen. We stopped for fuel, but ended up staying for a late lunch at the great Restaurant/Hotel on the aerodrome. Really enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine on their terrace overlooking the Runway watching the Turbo-porter thingy picking up and dropping parachutists and taking bets on whether he would beat them back down again.

835m hard runway with AVGAS & JetA1 available - credit cards accepted, parking right in front of the restaurant/hotel, landing fee €8, whats not to like??

Reliably informed that there is a train station not far away if you want to go into Bremen itself.

We liked it so much we stopped here overnight on the way home.
Only €6 overnight parking, right in front of the hotel.
€98 for a smart good sized double room to busness type finish includes a really lavish buffet breakfast which is available until 11:30.
