It depends what you mean by "camping". In my experience, almost every airfield which doesn't have aspirations to be a centre of biz-jetery will let you pitch a tent under the wing. But most lock up the facilities when the boss goes home, and it's just you and a hedge till morning. And access to breakfast can need a bit of planning. But there are places with proper facilities too, if that's your requirement. I'd add Headcorn, Sandown, Bodmin and Dunkeswell to the places mentioned above.

Never been tried at Fairoaks as far as I know but you could try requesting permission from the Airport Manager (NOT from the FISO unit)
