Flew down to Longvic with a DR400 for a 2 night stay recently.
Very user friendly - Long, smooth tarmac runway. The whole airport seems like a bit of a ghost town apart from the local Ambulance helicopter that is based there, and some military presence, though nothing with wings on it as far as I could see. Hangarage available for visitors with a few based aircraft in it. Friendly and very helpful staff - an email to the ops office was met with a lot of helpful information (in English). They also informed customs (who surprisingly did turn up to meet us but having looked at our passports, headed off), and were most helpful arranging flight plans.
In theory, Europcar deliver cars to the airport for little or no charge. In this case, they stated they didn't have any cars available. We got a taxi to the railway station in Dijon (Eur28), where they, and other car hire firms had plenty of them! Car dropped at airfield on departure for no extra charge though.
Parking for two days and landing fee Eur40. Fuel was Eur1.86+VAT/litre
Really recommended.
