A new non-equity group at North Weald is being formed with a total of 8 members and we have 2 members to fill.
This is a touring aircraft and not for hour building.

Is a Piper PA 28-200R Series 11 Arrow built in 1973. The aircraft is based at North Weald
The aircraft was bought by the present owner in February 2008 and has had a lot of renovation work done over the past 2 years. The aircraft has never been used as a training aircraft.
The Arrow is acknowledged to be a very capable four-seater tourer and the combination of a 200HP engine, a variable pitch propeller and retractable undercarriage provide speed and efficiency. This is a properly equipped and reliable IFR equipped touring aeroplane.
The aircraft cruises at around 120kts and burns around 31 litres per hour
The engine has around 500 hours - Lycoming IO-360-C1C
The airframe hours are around 4,800
The MTOW is 1,202 KG

Fees & Administration
£1,000 deposit
£160 per calendar month
£100 per hour wet
If the Pilot does not have Differences authorisation for Variable Pitch and Retractable Undercarriage, then differences training at a minimum of 5 hours must be completed at a cost of £230 per flying hour (which includes the group’s instructor) after which the aircraft will be available for hire at the above rates.
