My current syndicate (Zenair 601ULS microlight) is disbanding, so I'm hoping to form a new group around a similar aircraft, based at either:

About me:
Engineer in my 30's with a young family. Flying includes ~80 hours on a Grob Tutor, ~150 hours microlight (C42 & Zenair 601). NPPL(m) current, NPPL(SSEA) expired, EASA LAPL SEA (expired). Happy to take another GST to revalidate Group A privileges.

- Share price of £4-9k, depending on aircraft/number of members
Ideally 3-7 members
Non profit - keeping hourly costs as low as practically possible. (As a guide, I currently pay £33/m hangar + £10/h dry + 13l/h mogas, but expect costs will be higher with fewer members/thirstier a/c etc.) For a 2 seater, my max budget would be ~£80/m + £50 wet.
Touring capable aircraft (min90kts cruise, i.e 100bhp+ rotax)
Preferably microlight, but would consider Group A if the right people & aircraft came along. Would even consider a cheap-to-run 4 seater, though obviously this would be much dearer.
Ideally low wing (another Zenair, 100bhp eurostar or similar)
Friendly group, happy to go exploring together, chip in with maintenance and upkeep
Hoping to act quickly to get flying this summer
