#1550399
We have a share available in a newly formed group around Xm479 the Newcastle Jet Provost which has been flying from Newcastle for over 20yrs. http://www.newcastlejetprovost.net
-A share in the aircraft will cost £3500
-Monthly charge will be -£150 -
-No flight charge apart from fuel, landing, training expenses etc. Conversion takes 3-10 hours depending on experience.
-Fuel burn 600l JET A1 per hour. Jet A1 is around 55p-60p a litre.
-EASA PPL 100 hr SEP total min time needed for issue of rating.
-Training can be done over a week, but additional costs will apply.
- Rating is only valid in the UK and on JPs Mk1-4
Aircraft is easy to fly but more complex in operation. It’s within the reach of most competent PPL’s with an emphasis on safety. Operating these vintage jets has its challenges but a lot of fun and difficult to go back to piston once you’ve flown a jet.
