A 1/3 equity share currently exists in N400YY based at Bournemouth.. The EA400 is a six seat pressurised tourer with a service ceiling of FL250 and cruise circa 190 ktas true air speed. Beautiful aircraft to fly and very benign handling characteristics. Range would include Stockholm, Dubrovnik, Malaga. Madrid on 9 March '17 took 3hrs 45 mins for example from Bournemouth. N400YY has around 850hrs total time since new and a no damage history. It has recently had an avionics upgrade and now features Garmin GTN750/650 combo slaved to STEC autopilot. Also Garmin 330 transponder JPI Engine Monitor with Fuel Flow info. New design prop fitted in 2017 has noticeably decreased ground roll whilst improving climb rate and cruise speed. Other equipment as shown Prospective purchasers should be Instrument Rated with reasonable amount of time on complex aircraft. IMC holders actively working towards an IR could be considered. Current owners can assist with differences training although no type rating is required. Other photographs are available from the vendor or via google. Share priced at £90k. You could invest in a Malibu and buy something designed likely before you were born for much more and likely with much less avionics. Or invest in this fully composite bodied 21st century machine!!

Aircraft fresh from a complete overhaul of the engine cooling system (new radiator), and with both fuel pumps refurbished. Climbs at 900'/minute all the way to FL200 and above. Also, for those unfamiliar with the type, the water cooling means no need for slow descents to prevent shock cooling. Hence descents of 1,500fpm are perfectly achievable. Handy when returning from Germany to Bournemouth and ATC wants to keep you way high until you are well past LHR...!
