Ok, here's what I did.
1) Clicked on your link and brought up the page.
2) Right clicked on the photo and selected "Open image in new tab" to see if it opened ok. It did, with a .jpg suffix.
3) I copy and pasted the link into the message box and then put [img].....[/img] around it.
If it was too big, I'd have had to put [rimg width=600] and [/rimg].
600 suggested width - can be anything up to 800 I think.
