Ho ho ho... it's nearly Christmas and that means one of my favourite winter tipples. Mulled wine!

The recipe I usually use is a bottle of cheapish red plonk, around 50 g granulated sugar, a glass of OJ with bits, slices of orange and a bag of spices. Sometimes I go a little crazy and add a splash of brandy too. :drunken:

I've had a couple of mugs from the markets in town but I need to break out the family mulling recipe. Just need an excuse to have people round, as I don't fancy dividing the quantities :)
