Rub lightly with olive oil.

A teaspoon of green pesto over.

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Dust with grated Pecorino

Crackle of black pepper.

Hot oven for 5 - 8 mins.

Serve with fresh steamed new potatoes and veg.
