With diabetic relatives everywhere I have been experimenting with sugar free rib recipes. Currently got a couple of racks in the oven, slow steaming with strong cider and a dry rub (Tennessee style) spicy mix that I put on two days ago!
They will be served with rough cut coleslaw and 'Tony Roma' style onion loaf, washed down with a bottle of Francis Ford Coppola's claret.
Not very Eastery but I don't do choccy eggs
I intend to live forever.... so far, so good.
