Well, I had my annual dose of the best rock band on this planet last night:

They go on getting better. My tinnitus stopped this morning.

They did have a marketing idea which I've never come across before: A CD of that very concert was available to buy/take away immediately after the gig:

How the hell do they do that? Has anybody see this before?

(Didn't buy one: a bit pricey at £15.00 I thought)

Supplementary question: what does each individual band player hear in the earpieces they wear: Is it the whole band, or their voice only or what?

Peter

Edit: Just had a thought : they were on for two nights: I guess they could have been flogging Monday's performance..........

I've seen it a couple of times at the MEN. I can't remember if I saw it or if I imagined it, but I have a mental image of banks of CD writers behind the desk.

Each band member can choose what they want through their monitor/earpiece.

It's a Quo gig. They're all the same, innit.

This is a thread about Quo. There is a Take That thread somewhere though. :D
