Update 1

This relates purely to the forum and the BB code. We will be testing the fix over the next day or so with the intention of it being live and resolved by the end of this week.

I'll update you on some other bits and pieces as and when I have the information.

Thanks

Ian

Update 2

The plan is that most of the snagging list will be completed by the end of this week. There are one or two issues that may end up on next week's ToDo list.

The forum issues (BB related) should certainly be sorted this week, and I think that will resolve most of the problems reported here.

Thanks

Things are being ticked off of the snagging list. Testing of the BB code fix should take place later today with implementation (hopefully) tomorrow.

Thanks

In the PM view, I can’t select the tick box on any messages in order to delete them (for instance).

Ian: I can't find the "search" feature within the forums. It's there for the whole site but returns magazine articles, rather than forum threads / posts. Have I just hit the wrong "search" feature?

Board Index - New Posts - top left.

Also known as: in the bottom of a locked filing cabinet stuck in a disused lavatory with a sign on the door saying "Beware of the Leopard.”

Update

We had hoped to have everything in the forums switched on by the end of today. While a lot of items have been ticked off, there are still a couple of biggies that probably will not complete today.

This has more to do with getting the testing/staging to do what we need reliably with the humungous database that is the forum, than with the fix itself.

Apologies, we'll get there. In the meantime, there's a good percentage of forum functionality, and of course all of our content. Have a quick read of my post from yesterday for a broader picture of the whole project.
