I dislike intensely the 'glass cockpit' fitted to my current RV and long for a proper six-pack of stream driven instruments.
But I must confess that the fuel flow meter and fuel remaining readout on my monitor does give an immense sense of security.
True, you still need to keep a tally so as to know which tank has the highest remaining fuel quantity, but that apart, it is a real step forward.
