A friend of mine is doing some research on Heathrow for school. He needs to know things like the traffic flow (of cars) through the airport over the last ten years and other information like that.

In case you're not aware, there was a major study regarding T5 at Heathrow - including vehicle studies over the years...

There is also an ongoing public document regarding the future of aviation in the UK -- look in the SE set of files and there is much discussion about both air and road transport in the airport areas.
