There is a website where you can see exactly which groundstations are where and what their status is. I have looked at it a few times and was surprised to the number of stations, mostly active but there were also a fair few which had not been online for some time. And coverage in the area where I commonly fly was not good, one of the reasons I continue to use SkyEcho with FLARM from SD, notably because the FLARM is also a direct acft to acft provision, and gliders are IMO opinion, for my flying the biggest threat.
You surely must know what I am referring to?
