Does anyone know how to get an additional rating-slip from the CAA? Mine is now full.

Email fclweb (at) caa.co.uk to ask for some. Alternatively, most examiners will have spare continuation pages to provide pilots with when revalidating or renewing ratings.

I e-mailed them a few years ago and got a couple of out of date UK rating pages in an envelope.. But then I wasn't charged a huge amount of cash for 20 seconds work so they did the job..
