I think @G-BLEW was wise although it's unlikely that courts would see the content, best to await the outcome before discussion and even then need to be cautious about appeals etc.

I hope so, although there may be some editing to be done. The challenge with stuff like this is that we are not specialists and specialist advice is ££££.
