hello,

can someone help clarify the current NOTAM over the IOW festival?

the AIC M077/2021 referred states -

"THESE RESTRICTIONS OF FLYING DO NOT APPLY TO MANNED AIRCRAFT"

but the NOTAM makes no mention of that however other NOTAMs do specify "DRONE ONLY" and from that I guess this one applies to all aircraft?
