Primarily for general aviation discussion, but other aviation topics are also welcome.

And July 1000 more at 5907.

Like many airfield 'movements' stats, you have to ask 'how many were IFR movements requiring increased separations and how many were pure VFR only movements where it's a case of visual separations'.
One day at Dunsfold in Feb 2012, I did about 30 movements on a particularly busy day and I dare say the number of movements at other unlicenced places like Popham well exceeds many of the above figures.
I've attempted to extract movements figures for Farnborough, (which is not listed, I wonder why?), however the most recent figure I can find is for May 2021 where the figure is 1967. People may conjecture but I would think the figure for June 2021 would be in excess of 2000.

That's about 60 per day. Wow.

More like 65 or 66/day.
And hence far more than (for instance) Newcastle, Leeds and Southampton.

But not in normal times. Unfortunately these are not normal times but, thankfully, most places show a marked increase on last year.

Correct, as a comparison Nympsfield ( smaller club than Lasham) had 1328 gliding related movements in that period, so probably around 1400 movements including visitors to Target Aviation, which puts us in the middle of the table ?

I'm betting Lasham would be 5-10 times that......

Depends which airfield you look at; in my experience, a T & G is 2 movements but many airfields have different ways of logging them.

At the Cranfield PFA Rallys ('94 to '98) we used to knock out about 2000 each day.

I am surprised that Gatwick is so much lower on the list than other GA-unfriendly regionals, but it is definitely getting busier. South Terminal is still closed but the monorail is running again between South (Railway Station) and North. This was replaced by buses for much of lockdown.

Last month I was bimbling just South of the Zone on a listening squawk (taking a few snaps of Wakehurst Place) when Gatwick Director actually called me up and invited me in to the Zone, which I accepted. My clearance was 'remain South of the Runway' and I had the CTR to myself for twenty minutes or so - enough time for the obligatory photos of my house and the airport.

Gatwick was 55 an hour or 950 a day throughout the summer pre-COVID.
It’s been quite shocking to see traffic levels so low and still no sign of getting back to those levels.

Meanwhile Teesside has had busiest month in a decade if I understand correctly?

Were movements at Bristol below 138 or why aren't they listed? Perhaps they don't want to announce how low their movements are for fear of having to justify their persistent 'Remain OCAS due to controller workload" attitude?
