'nose up and up to stay below flap limiting speed until I decided that rate of climb was so high that I'd conflict with those descending crosswind*, nose down throttling back gently to an attitude at which I was confident I could throttle right back without stalling, let speed decay to a safe flap retraction speed, throttle advanced to what had been cruise setting with 2pob, retract flap, trim to fly level along runway alignment below circuit height until at upwind end of runway, initiate noise abatement turn without climbing further, climb gently away'
