I had a thought cross my mind about the situation that might arise in CTA/CTRs which have operating hours (example: Solent CTA/Southampton CTR which is operational between 0645-1930, 1030-1700 or 1215-1930 currently depending on the day of week).

What would happen if you're crossing the CTA/CTR during the times it is not operational but due to whatever issue might happen (avoid a big cloud, not account for headwind enough etc.) you end up still being inside the CTA/CTR when it becomes operational.

Would this be an automatic airspace infringement as soon as the clock strikes twelve or are ATC usually on frequency a few minutes early and available to issue a transit?
