The remaining £50k is upfront therapy/CBT/counselling fees for a: working at the CAA and b: having anything to do with airspace.

It's not that high considering what can be earnt in consultancy or, for example, working for an airline.

I think it is higher than advertised before and also they have broadened the scope of the previous experience requirement. I hope they find some good people.

Not surprising, they are very short staffed on IFP. Hopefully, for everone's sake, they are successful. Problem is they are fishing in an extremely small pond.
