I speculate that Tom has a problem right now, not on account of the FAA, but because for reasons unknown to me, he seems to need to do his thing outside the UK (typically in Le Touquet). COVID will certainly have put the mockers on that.
Adam appears to have no such restriction.
One can only guess why Tom wouldn't have drawn your attention to the Adam House option.

An update. I can confirm that Adam House can issue 61.75's from the the UK. I just got mine from him today.

@gfry, are you planning to fly in the US anytime soon or are you looking at an N-reg in the UK ?

I already have an N reg.... all be it now probably an insurance write off.
