I suspect pretty much any android tablet with an internal GPS (which is pretty much all of them) would be fine - just a question for you on size & price.
I'm still quite happily using my Nexus 7 2013 model with Sky Demon. It has 2GB RAM and 16GB storage. I attach it to an old A5 knew board, which has Velcro straps. It still works for other things, but I tend to use my phone for other things so the tablet is only used for flying.
On 32bit vs 64bit - it was only 1st August 2019 that Android apps had to also be 64bit. 32bit is still fully supported on Android with no published end date ( https://android-developers.googleblog.c ... 4-bit.html ) with 32bit apps no longer being able to be downloaded by 64 bit devices in August 2021 (which means that app must not have had an update in 2 years). There are almost no apps which are 64 bit only (it was only possible from Android 9 (Pie) to have 64bit only apps). In short - I wouldn't worry about it at the moment. The vast majority of apps will continue to work for years with 32 bit, with the only ones that don't (higher end games needing more than 4GB RAM) beyond what lower end tablets are capable of anyway.
