It's not JUST which is legal for the pilot, it is destroying confidence that I know what I am doing, which of course is not good for me.
Pilot (with own aircraft) wasn't confident about flying with documents I had supplied. Email just now from caa confirms I had done right stuff, 1385 naturally correct and cap1913 described process is wrong & flagged onwards for correction.
