I've been a little bit busy but not as busy as the Flying Reporter:
It's aimed at clearing a few hazy minds for grass roots PPL(TMG or SEP), NPPL, or LAPL(A) holders on extending ratings, privileges and medicals, and deliberately does not cover content of briefings, (just that they exist for extensions for all but medical, and need some admin afterwards to have effect), let's allow and trust the instructors or examiners to worry about 'detail' in that.... it also brings in why a few pilots might not want/need to use the exemptions due to regulatory changes in the past year, that some haven't noticed, but might well help.
