Being unable to run their usual monthly evening lecture program, the AFM are instead running some short "Lockdown Lectures". over the internet. The lectures are short (~10 minutes) but followed by a question and answer session for another 20 minutes.
The first one, about "Air Support to SOE Operations" took place last night (Mon 13th April) but it was recorded (complete with Q&A session) and can be viewed from the museum web site - https://www.armyflying.com/lockdown-lectures/air-support-to-soe-operations/

Next Monday the subject will be "The Last Days of the Luftwaffe", starting ay 19:00 on Mon 20 April. To watch live, go to https://www.armyflying.com/lockdown-lectures/the-last-days-of-the-luftwaffe/ ; again the recording can be viewed later via the same address.

The plan is to run a series of 6 lectures in all. The details of the later lectures have not yet been announced, but a brief description of the overall programme is available at https://www.armyflying.com/lockdown-lectures/introduction-to-lockdown-lectures/.

Enjoy!
