"We are sad to share the passing of Lt Cdr Peter Sheppard AFC RN yesterday. Peter was a Korean War Sea Fury pilot who would later go on to fly the Sea Vixen amongst many other types. He is probably most well known for being one of the founding members of the Royal Navy Historic Flight and many will remember his legendary Sea Fury displays, an aircraft that was always dear to him. Further details to follow when we have them. Blue Skies Pete.
