I chucked out the Microair M760 and I made up an interface wire to connect my FT550L to the existing Lynx Micro power and intercom unit with existing stick-mounted PTT button.
All plug & play with no need to modify any wiring.
Works a treat, cost me around three quid and an hour's fiddling.
