The accounts for financial year end March 2018 are publicly available on the Companies House website. The draft accounts for financial year end March 2019 are now moving through the audit process in readiness for the AGM when they will, as always, be made publicly available. It would be inappropriate for me to make any comment before they have been approved by the auditors.

Its very much appreciated to receive a constructive reply - thank you.

I fully understand the position.

Being a total pedant, as you probably know this, but the accounts are approved by the directors, the auditors "simply" express their opinion on certain aspects of the accounts, but you are quite right, it would be wholly inappropriate to say anything more until they have been placed before at the AGM.

Thank you, again.
