According to ASN the following airlines have grounded their fleets

Cayman Airways
Corendon Airlines (Turkey)
Comair
Ethiopian Airlines
Icelandair
Norwegian
Royal Air Maroc
TUI Netherlands
Turkish Airlines

These countries have banned the aircraft from their airspace

Australia
Belgium
France
Germany
Ireland
Italy
Malaysia
Mongolia
Netherlands
Oman
Poland
United Kingdom

and China & Indonesia have grounded their operators' fleets.

NAX 4545 scheduled from Stockholm to Tel Aviv just did a 180 over Moldova to return to Stockholm...

* This saga went on for some time... and they only managed to get it back a very short time ago... (could be the same aircraft?)
