As I said above, Skywise is based on a modern off the shelf marketing system, and CAA will have worked out how to use it knowing GDPR is only found the corner. Older system may not have stored the opt in, so there isn't a record of opt in, so they need you to opt in again.

That is so supercreepy it's made me get around to doing the "care of" thing the BMAA offer to get my address off G-INFO!
