You mean like:
ICAO Rules of the Air
Surface movement of aircraft
3.2.2.7.1
c) an aircraft which is being overtaken by another aircraft shall have the right-of-way and the overtaking aircraft shall keep well clear of the other aircraft.

and SERA.3210
(d) Surface movement of aircraft, persons and vehicles.
. (iii) an aircraft which is being overtaken by another aircraft shall have the right-of-way and the overtaking aircraft shall keep well clear of the other aircraft.
