IWM Duxford Safety Day and Bonus Days 2018

Safety Day 14th April 2018
Vintage Aircraft Bonus Day 2nd June 2018
LAA Bonus Day 4th August 2018
BMAA Bonus Day 9th September 2018

The Safety Day is a mixture of short presentations (CAA; NATS; D&D; Royal Institute of Navigation GA Group) and table top sessions from a wide range of experts to whom you can chat about safety issues. The Safety Day is Fly-in or Drive-in.

The Vintage Aircraft, LAA and BMAA Bonus Days are for members of the organisations or for people interested in each flavour of flying.

Landing fees on the above days are discounted to £9 and museum entrance is free. A contribution to costs of £5 is made by Safety Day visitors.

Remembrance Sunday is 11th November 2018 -- a very special day with free landings and free entrance to the museum.

Airshow Dates:

May 26th and 27th 2018
July 14th and 15th (Flying Legends) 2018
September 22nd and 23rd 2018

This post is just to give you advance notice to put the dates of interest in your diary. Look out for more detailed postings about each event.

All the events are "Fly-in" and all dates require a landing slot to be booked. Call the Tower - 01223 833376

Of course we Friends have been summarily deprived of our discounted landings on normal days, so these bonus days become extra important to the more parsimonious of us
