Sorry, I left out *sarcasm*---------- /*sarcasm* from the post.
What you pays for, and are reasonably entitled to expect, apparently does not alighn with the the reality.
There have been many posts here, about the deplorable deterioration in service from the CAA, the "making up the rules as they go" , the deliberate mistruths (yes! LIES!) about licensing requirements, in order to increase revenue..(extortion under false pretences? ).....The evidence abounds .
You pay, you expect, you wind up poorer, frustrated and disillusioned, trying to deal with an ill-trained, incompetent organisation that appears to be unanswerable for it's failings.
Were I a GA pilot, were I in the clutches of that organisation's oversight, were I trying to dodge round these huge, invisible no-go areas, which appear to be of very arbitrary size, shape and heights, I would be rushing to put my shoulder to the wheel and progress UK controlled airspace into the 21'st Century.
But I'm not! ...but I agree with your sentiment. Unfortunately, apathy seems to rule.
