Braye Beach Hotel is quite popular with folk on here, but you could look at the Georgian House on the main shopping street, Victoria St. The old Chez Andre recently reopened, also on Victoria St and it's now called the Adventurer's Rest, no idea what it's like. Farm Court B&B is pretty good.
The Georgian has a good restaurant and other restaurants include, First and Last opposite the Braye Beach, Nellie Grays if you like Indian or Bumps which is behind Nellie Grays
You'll need a UK GAR for outbound and inbound, you can fill in a Guernsey GAR on arrival in the office marked with a great big C by the fire station there is a phone on the counter to get the man with avgas to come and you file a return flight plan there too.
Cliff and walks a plenty at the Western end of the Island and great beaches and a couple of wildlife areas with hides at the Eastern end. You might get a ride from Braye to the quarry on the only standard gauge railway in the CI, surreal experience as they use Northern line tube cars pulled by an old diesel shunter.
