From the GAR notes it seems, flying from a strip, I need to file the GAR 12hrs before and ALSO drop into an Annex C listed aerodrome with a Cert of Agreement that (additionally?) allows Channel Island flights (Annex A and B).
Does anyone know which airports have these in place? Sandown, Lee on Solent, Bembridge, Brimpton, Goodwood would be convenient for my routing?

This is the latest list from gov.uk AFAIK, scroll down the document and click on "Where aircraft can land and take off" . If they are cert of agreement almost certainly CI trips will be OK, but best to call them to be sure.

The issue to be slightly careful of with the CI is that they're not in the EU, therefore both police special branch (prevention of terrorism act) and customs (border force) permission is required as there are restrictions on what can be brought into the country from CI.
