Good morning all,

I wanted to share this experience as an attempt to mentally process how to improve, and it is something I keep revisiting in my minds eye.

Soft field take-off. My fourth unassisted take-off (practically a pro now right? :wink: )....

So after a break of nearly a year I have found another Nissan leaf to soothe my needs to drive an EV.

But things have changed a bit on the charging front !

No longer does my Ecotricity electric highway card work in the machines at the motorway...

Well maybe not exactly cheap but it is an 800m strip with a certificate of lawful use and 'just' a 40min train ride from Paddington.

What is your opinion if push comes to shove ? Maybe just brinkmanship but it is looking mighty close. Should we, could we, as part of a joint effort, support the Ukraine militarily ? Or, will we be witness to an updated version of 1930s appeasement ?

My crosswind landings have never been particulary tidy, mainly due to flying from places with multiple runways, though if I'm honest I do tend to choose days to fly that would not test me in this regards.
