With or without power - you should always aim to fly the correct approach speed for the aircraft - at that weight.

Flying a long slow approach leaves you right on the outside edge of the performance graph...

What is involved for a UK PPL to obtain an EU PPL?

Assume a UK PPL who spends quite a bit of time in different EU countries and wants to fly locally based aircraft whilst there.
