I can't order mobile forums subscription!

I've been trying to buy a mobile forums subscription through the online shop but it won't recognize my username and/or (magazine) subscription code.

I sent an online mail through the contacts link but not had a reply yet.

Can anyone here help?

I'm afraid I haven't received that email.

I believe it should work now - if you let me know by pm when you have completed I can apply it straight away (saves you waiting till tomorrow)
