Shame the images don't have EXIF data with them. I'm intrigued to know how he managed to get such sharp photos from a camera strapped to a vibrating mass. Even image stabilisation can't normally handle extended exposures as required at night. I guess that if it was a full frame camera on very high ISO (such as 1600) it may not show any pixel noise, but I just can't get my head round the sharpness of these.

These are absolutely breathtaking. Thanks for sharing.
I'm glad there are comments below them. It saved me a bit of scribbling.
Mike: What was your connection with the project?

Brilliant photos.
I wonder if the Single/Twin Squirrel Helicopter which was operating low level in the dark without any lights on, near the Royal Albert Hall last Tuesday evening was doing some sort of photographic detail. I wonder if that flight was connected to this photographer?

Used to fly into the heliport on rescues every now and then, I remember once landing at Chelsea barracks at about 4am on a summers morning just as the sun was rising - never had chance to take any piccies back then and these brought back some memories.
I sometimes don't do smilies
