Nigel, That's fantastic news. I was starting to fear that PP11 was to be the last. As Timothy says, a very special event and it will be more than a little sad for me this year as my passenger from PP11 is no longer with us. Good choice of venue too; it'll be interesting to see how/if ATC deals with the influx of arrivals and departures. I won't miss the wingtip to wingtip fight for position at the hold come going home time! Jasp

What T said - a massive privilige. I've done every one since the start. - Now registered.
NB - From the web site it looks as if the PP organisers start from scratch each year. Why don't they contact thier loyal band of pilots from previous years?

Very rewarding when able to do this a couple of years ago. Registered with an SR22 out of Lee-On-Solent/Shoreham

Really enjoyed doing the Old Warden one many years ago, Money, Medical and Aircraft availability have precluded participation since. Have registered and fingers crossed I can make it this year!

Dreadfully disappointing for me that it is again on the second weekend in June, a weekend on which I have other, unavoidable long standing commitments. I missed last year, having done quite a few PPs up to then. I love PP but sadly I shall have to miss this year as well. There just ain't enough weekends in the year, I guess.
Unfortunately my crew will not travel with anyone else, so I think I will end up doing what I did last year - taking them for a bimble somewhere else.

My son is directing an opera that day, which is huge (the first and possibly only time he will do so; he is an opera singer, not director), and was in my diary first, but I am still going to PP, which demonstrates, I think, how important I think it is.
