What was in the green vest thingy both of you seem to be wearing?

It's a shame that you have to go all the way to N.I. to do something like this.

I have just come back from getting my seaplane rating in Florida and I am hooked. As you say, nothing doing in England but NI or Italy may be worth a trip.

That's excellent, Bloomer. :D I did a floatplane rating in Florida years ago, and it still puts a smile on my face thinking about it.

If you do find out what those life vests are, would you post here or in GA Discussion? They look rather useful.
